Capital is raised quickly: most LPs invest in every deal, and the GPs invest alongside them. LPs include family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutions. Most deals pay monthly distributions, with quarterly written reporting, and the GPs stay in direct contact with LPs throughout.
